- Q1: What is the procedure for doing business?A1:1) You get samples by purchasing or free, which depends on the value of the different products;
2) You can check the samples. If they are satisfactory, you can confirm the order. Alternatively, we can create new ones for your approval if you have any comments or suggestions on the samples;
3) Once you confirm the samples, you may add your logo or design your packing; we will send you the photos for your confirmation again;
4) We arrange the production, advise you when the goods are ready, and provide the weight and volume information to you. You make the payment, and then we arrange the shipment. - Q2: What kind of shipping way can you provide?A2:We can arrange shipment by express/by air/by sea.
- Q3: What kind of Payment method can you accept?A3:We can accept T/T, LC irrevocable at sight, Trade Assurance by ALIBABA, VISA, and Mastercard.
- Q4: How can I get samples?A4:Some items you need to purchase, and some items may be free, depending on the product’s value; both need to get it by Trade Assurance Order of ALIBABA as you need to pay the express cost.
- Q5: What is the Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)?A5:We accept small orders, and MOQ is flexible; just contact us for details.
- Q6: Can we add our own logo or make our own packaging?A6:Of course, you can add the logo and also make your own packing, such as color boxes, double blisters with your own design card, etc.
